Morgan Miller, Maryland State Librarian
Ms. Miller will speak on the achievements of the Maryland State Library Agency and her vision for the future of Maryland libraries.

Preserving Freedom: Librarians as Guardians Against Censorship
Lisa Varga, Library Journal 2024 Librarian of the Year
Ms. Varga is the immediate past chair of the Virginia Beach Public Library Board, and serves on the American Library Association Intellectual Freedom Committee. She is a member of the International Council of Library Association Executives and the Virginia Society of Association Executives. Varga is also a member of the ALA Policy Corps, focused on the Unite Against Book Bans campaign. She has presented locally and nationally on a variety of topics.
